Please note the terms and conditions as follows.

Due to health and safety reasons, sold items cannot be returned or exchanged. If items are received faulty, please contact us via email (info@kweensparlour.com.au) or phone(0423359993) with photo evidence of what fault there is and we will work with you to provide a suitable solution.


Please arrive early for your appointments. Appointments with lateness of more than 15 minutes might be rescheduled. If running up to 15 minutes late, please advise via phone call (0423359993).

Please note that we do not have the capacity for children on our premises unless they are sitting for appointments. Please check email received after booking for instructions for your service and address.
